Honestly, I never ever measure the smoothie ingredients. I kind of just toss a bunch of fruit in that my family loves, add some orange juice, and blend! So, below, I will attempt to assign some measurements, but feel free to adjust according to your taste.
1. Peel 3 large bananas and toss into blender. Add 1 cup of frozen strawberries and a 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries.
2. Add 1 cup of orange juice and blend.
3. Finally Pour into a cup or fun cocktail glass and Enjoy!
Please note: You can use fresh berries, however, something will need to be frozen to get that cold thicker consistency. So, if you use fresh berries, you will probably want to use frozen cut up bananas. If all of your fruit is fresh, then you will want to add ice to the mixture. Ice will dilute the fruit taste a bit, but it will help you achieve the consistency of a smoothie made with all fresh fruit.

HOMEMADE DAIRY FREE CHOCOLATE LOLLIPOPS !!! So adorable!!!
The only two ingredients were Enjoy Life chocolate chips and Safflower oil. Enjoy Life chocolate chips are free of the top 9 allergens. I basically melt a bag or more of dairy free chocolate chips with about a Tablespoon of safflower oil. If you have a microwave or double boiler, you can use that to melt the chips. I don't have either. I just preheat my stove to 250 or 300 degrees, and mix chips with oil in a glass pyrex bowl. I heat them in the oven until the chocolate chips are about 2/3 melted, then stir until all of the chocolate chips are fully melted and you have a smooth consistency. You can substitute the safflower oil with whatever vegetable oil works best for you.
Molded them with stainless steel molds purchased from GetSuckered.com Here is the link to their stainless steel molds: http://www.getsuckered.com/category/stainless-steel-molds.aspx
These are great for parties and special events! Enjoy!
